Every story should answer three questions: What is known? How do we know it? What remains uncertain?

Research and verification

Writers should consult primary documents or credible institutional sources whenever available. Dates, names, quotations, locations, and numerical claims require verification before publication. Corrections are made transparently.

Fact, theory, and folklore

Documented facts are separated from interpretations. Competing explanations are attributed to their proponents. Folklore may be discussed as cultural history but is never presented as established fact.

Artificial intelligence

AI may assist research organization, transcription, translation, or visual reconstruction. A human editor remains responsible for verification. AI-assisted historical reconstructions are labeled and never described as authentic archival photographs.
